Hey! I’m Tye,

I’m a senior Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communications major and Legal Studies minor set to graduate from James Madison University in the Fall of 2025. During my time at JMU, I’ve expanded and developed my technical writing and content creation skills, allowing me to create complex solutions in response to real-world
problems faced by various clients across the country. Additionally, I’ve accrued extensive legal knowledge and research capabilities through my studies, including the ability to formulate and draft up both attorney and justice case briefs. During my Legal Studies Practicum course, I
helped evaluate common concerns with a particular youth detention center, conducted interviews both with leading experts in the field and administration at the facility, and drafted up an outline for potential policy changes and facility standard suggestions formulated through extensive research. My experience in the workplace goes beyond my physical output; one of my strongest skills comes from collaborating within a team setting to complete complex goals. I took a sixth-month internship with The Lead Sports Media LLC, where I worked with nearly 100 other contributors to develop hard-hitting storylines and write thought-provoking articles for their viewer base. Throughout my involvement with writing and content creation, I’ve garnered hundreds of thousands of views and worked with various clients in numerous industries.
